Northstar Football News has released its first set of prospect rankings for the junior class in Minnesota. The initial list of 2019 prospects contains the top 100 football players from around Minnesota.
The rankings are a projection of how the NFN staff believes players will perform at the collegiate level, meaning size, strength and athleticism are factored into the players' order.
The list is also a product of first hand observation by NFN contributors after attending games, analyzing Hudl film and reviewing statistics from last season. Individual performances at various camps and combines around the country, which measure physical attributes and overall athleticism, are also considered.
The final component to our prospect rankings once again includes input and evaluations from high school and college coaches around the upper Midwest as well as any post-season accolades earned by the student athletes.
